Context

Located in the northern part of Peru, Urum conserves and restores 900 hectares of dry forest with endangered Palo Santo. It also provides a unique space for the spiritual and physical well-being of every visitor. Less than 5% of the land was developed into “Earth Homes” for visitors. Urum’s main goal in development and bringing visitors is to promote conservation.

Solution

Urum pursues renewal, both of nature and of the self.

The global campaign we created launches Urum’s 900 hectares of land to the world through storytelling. We see a person, finding release and escape in this remote ecosystem. The sounds and imagery in the film succeed in immersing viewers into that world so rich in mysticism; our protagonist encounters a local shaman from the sacred Chaparri Mountain that releases his soul in a fire chanting ritual, bringing him back to his natural state of existence as one with nature.
